Official Gold Maintenance Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to new residential customers only who are at least 18 years of age and own a home located within A-1 Certified Service's residential service area.

Entry Period: One winner will be selected by random drawing every three (3) months. Your entry remains eligible for all quarterly drawings for one (1) year from the date of entry.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a One-Year Gold Maintenance Plan, which includes:

  • Two (2) precision maintenance visits

  • Two (2) comprehensive 45-point system inspections

  • One year's supply of standard air filters (six months' supply provided at each maintenance visit)

Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on the A-1 Certified Service Facebook page using their first name, last initial, and city. Winners will also be notified by email using the address provided at entry.

Claiming the Prize: The selected winner must respond within thirty (30) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, cannot be contacted, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Service Area: The prize is valid only for homes located within A-1 Certified Service's residential service area.

Residential Property: The prize is valid only for the winner's primary residential property. Commercial properties, rental properties owned by others, and vacant properties are not eligible.

System Eligibility: The maintenance plan applies to one (1) qualifying residential HVAC system that is safely accessible and in serviceable condition. Additional systems may be serviced for an additional fee.

Non-Transferable: The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be sold, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash or credit, and must be used by the selected winner at the qualifying service address.

Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.

Employee Eligibility: Employees of A-1 Certified Service, Inc., their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the chances of winning.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Changes or Cancellation: A-1 Certified Service, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, or substitute a prize of equal value, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the promotion.

Privacy: By entering, participants agree that A-1 Certified Service, Inc. may use the information provided to administer the giveaway and send marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting future giveaway eligibility during their one-year entry period.
